Elaine Winquist introduces the Bay to Bayou project to benefit the libraries of Cameron Parish LA.
In the summer of 2005, Hurricanes Katrina and Rita destroyed the four libraries of the parish.
Duxbury Free Library is helping to raise money and awareness in an effort to rebuild the library buildings.---
